Sunday, April 11: Make Your Own Challah--Start To Finish
We'll review a variety of Challah ingredients, recipes, and shapes. We will make our own dough and learn to shape the Challot in various ways. Participants will learn about whole wheat Challos, water Challos, and others. The classes include a discussion about the significance of the Mitzvah of Challah.
Sunday, June 6: Chicken Soup and Matzah Balls
Learn the secrets behind this age-old staple of traditional Jewish cuisine. Participants will discover that there's more to Matzah Balls than meets the eye...or the palate.
